He held management positions (CEO, CSO, CMO, Board member) in the US and in EU.

With 20-year experience in research, mostly in organic and bioorganic chemistry for the synthesis of new drug candidates, Rachid holds the CNRS bronze medal in life sciences, a high recognition achievement.

Guillaume has more than 10 years of experience in lawyer firms. He previously worked in Anglo-Saxon and French international law organizations before co-founding the Allégorie Avocats firm.
