• Client Information: Hereinafter referred to as “Information,” this encompasses all personal data that OPGS-Pharma.com may hold for account management, client relationship management, and analytical or statistical purposes.

   The Client is informed about the regulations concerning marketing communications, the law of June 21, 2014, on Trust in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
4. Data Collection Responsibility
   For personal data collected as part of creating a User account and browsing the Site, the data controller is Julien Roi. OPGS-Pharma.com, represented by Julien Roi, is responsible for data collection.
   As the data controller, OPGS-Pharma.com commits to complying with the legal framework in force. It is OPGS-Pharma.com’s responsibility to determine the purposes of its data processing, provide prospects and clients with complete information about the processing of their personal data upon collecting their consent, and maintain a processing register that reflects reality. • The right to define the fate of their data after their death and to choose to whom OPGS-Pharma.com may (or may not) disclose their data to a third party previously designated.
